frequent shuttle spacious lobby slow check-in dated bathroom
the hotel provided a free airport shuttle, it ran frequently. the staff was polite at check in and check out. i appreciated the clean and spacious lobby, it was nice.
The check-in process was slow. I waited a long time in line. the hotel felt a bit dated, especially in the bathroom where the tub had some brown stains.

convenient shuttle clean room cozy ambience
the free shuttle to tung chung citygate mrt was convenient , allowing for easy shopping. my room had a large, comfortable bed and a spacious bath. i appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel and the cozy, fantastic ambience of the lobby.
the check-in process was unusually slow , requiring patience due to the desk personnel moving as fast as they can.

slow check-in weak shower
the bus service was punctual and efficient, a detail i appreciated.
The check-in process was unusually slow. it took nearly 40 minutes, and the staff seemed overwhelmed, even though they were doing their best. the bathroom also had some issues. The shower pressure was very weak, and the temperature fluctuated a lot. it.

The breakfast buffet offered a large selection. The shuttle service to the airport and metro station was reliable. I appreciated the option to store luggage after checkout, it allowed for more sightseeing without carrying bags.
The room's air ventilation felt inadequate. It was impossible to open the windows to get fresh air. I believe this affected the overall air quality in the room.

airport shuttle long flight great staff slow check-in empty lotion slow service
the pool measured 25m. it helped to stretch out after a long flight. the airport shuttle made getting around easy..
the check-in process seemed slow. it took a long time with each person. the lotion in my bathroom was almost empty, providing only one small squirt.
